I liked the warm ambiance of this place with bright festive colors representative of Mexican culture.
I liked that as soon as we sat down we were brought glasses of wAter and menus. The waiter was friendly and quite informative of the menu.
I had the spicy chicken burrito which came with a side of guacamole, retried beans and sour cream. The guacamole was bland unfortunately and salt did not help with the flavor. The burrito ingredients all blended into one general spicy taste so adding the sour cream and retried beans was a must for my bored taste buds.
Joe had the 3 tacos combination which also came with refried beans and salad. The 2 fish tacos were flavorless but at least it wasn’t reheated frozen breaded fish. The steak taco was ok too. Thank god we had the delicious salsa from the complimentary chips at the beginning of our meal.
