So apparently this is a famous place for its BBQ in MS and our group figured we might as well give it a shot! Especially when the original restaurant was so close to Biloxi Beach! We got here at around 5ish and the place was all ours! Apparently the owner was obsessed with trash and couldn’t bare to part with it and so turned it into this lovely establishment.

the ambiance is definitely very eclectic! an ensemble of all the visitors that have broken bread here and of course, live blues music going on in the background. There were dollar bills signed by customers from all over the US and stuck to the walls by plastic forks.

since the iced tea was $2 for unlimited refills, we decided to give it a whirl and was pleasantly surprised! it wasn’t overly sweet and had a nice flavor to it.

my group split the jumbo sampler for $24! it had a bit of everything: beef brisket, chicken, serious sausage, spare ribs, pulled pork and baby back ribs! when the box came out, I didnt think it was that big. but then I realized that the plate was really really really deep.

The three of us could barely finish this! we also got a few sides: baked beans, chuck’s baked potato salad (hello sour cream!) and creamy cole slaw. the chicken meat was so tender that it was slipping off the bone! i couldnt use my fork to pick it up because the meat kept sliding off. my favorite was the sausage. the BBQ sauce was out of this world!
